Pre-School Classes (Co-Ed)
Tumble Stars
This 45 minute parent-participation class allows children an opportunity to explore the wonderful world of movement and gymnastics. This is an amazing class for teaching little ones not only gymnastics basics, but coordination, balance and strength!

Little Kips + Twinkletoes
Children will learn donkey kicks, forward rolls, various jumps on the tumble track, and so much more in this 45 minute class. This class teaches children not only the fundamentals of gymnastics, but also how to wait their turn, share, listen, and interact with others, all while having fun!

Flips
This class will introduce children to the fundamental basics of gymnastics. This hour long class will prepare these young gymnasts for our next level of classes once they reach six years old.

Girls Classes (Ages 6+)
Aerials Jr + Jr/Sr
This 1 hour beginners class is for girls ages 6+ who want to learn the basics skills of womens gymnastics in the four events: Vault, Bars, Balance Beam & Floor Exercise. These classes follow the USAG guidelines for beginning Levels 1 and 2.
Aerials Jr: Ages 6-8
Aerials J/Sr: Ages 6-15
Aerials Sr: Ages 9+
Aerials Sr
This will follow the same structure as our Jr and Jr/Sr classes, but will allow for some more intermediate level opportunists.
Cheer/Tumbling
This class will be a hands on opportunity for current cheer athletes who are looking to improve and build on their skills. This is an intermediate level class for ages 11+.

Tucks
This class is an introduction to boys gymnastics for ages 6 and up. Students will learn the fundamentals on all 6 male events: Floor, Vault, Parallel Bars, High Bar, Rings, and Pommel Horse.

Adult Sessions (Ages 18+)
Adult Open Gym
These sessions are an hour long and allow adults to use our space and equipment however they choose to do so. This is a NON-Instructed class. There will always be at least one coach present that can assist or offer guidance to those who attend.
