FAQ's

When is Tuition due?

Tuition is due on the 1st of every month, and is subject to a late fee if it is not paid by the 10th.

How many classes does Tuition cover?

The tuition price covers one class per week for four weeks. Additional classes weekly are discounted 20%.

Do you offer a family discount?

Yes. We offer 10% off the lesser priced class for each additional family member family member enrolled.

What is the makeup policy?

One class per session can be made up in a rec class of the same or less length. Check in with the front desk to schedule a makeup. Classes missed due to gym closure do not always constitute a makeup.

What is SOGA’s drop policy?

Our registration form states dropping a class is permitted only by a written notice to the front desk. Telling a coach or calling the front desk is not permitted. Additionally, it states that drop notices must be received prior to the 1st of the month that you intend dropping, or you will be obligated to pay for the entire month. Our billing cycle’s do not line up perfectly with the months, so be sure to check with front desk about the pay period dates to drop a class in time. Drop forms are available at the front desk. Drop requests via email are also accepted.

What is SOGA’s Autopay policy?

Our registration form states that, “Autopay deduction will remain in effect until I have provided SOGA with a written Drop Notice. This drop must be received prior to the first month I intend on dropping”. This means that refunds will not be issued for drops received after the 1st.

When is Open Gym?

We do not currently have a consistent schedule for Open Gym’s. When we offer an Open Gym, it will be posted on our Home Page, and fliers will be posted around the gym as well. See our Class Schedule for Adult Open Gym options that are offered throughout the week.

Can I bring kids to Open Gym that are not my own?

Of course! However, an event waiver will need to be filled out by the child’s parent. Waivers can be downloaded from our website. Check below the “About Us” drop down in either the header or footer of our website.

 

Can I pay my Tuition online?

Yes. At the bottom of our website there is a “Parent Portal” link. This will allow you to access your account to make payments, change contact info, etc. In order to use this feature, your family needs an email on file with us. The first time logging in, use the “forgot my password” link to send a temporary password to your email.
